Shipping Policy
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle free as possible.
All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy, with shipping costs calculated in real time based on your delivery area and parcel weight. This ensures you’re always getting the most accurate rate available, although it does mean that shipping fees may vary slightly from day to day depending on courier pricing.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard items: 3–5 working days from the order date
- Special order items: 3–14 working days
- Handling time: 1–2 working days (excluding weekends)
While we always strive to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or supplier factors. If this happens, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
*** Please note that surcharges may apply to rural and high risk areas. Some rural areas are only serviced on certain days of the week and therefore the standard shipping times may not apply to these areas.

Shipping Updates:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your waybill number and tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey. If you need any help with tracking, feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to assist.
Courier Rate Changes:
Please note that as of September 2025, courier rates have increased. To help offset this, we’ve reduced pricing on many of our products wherever possible.
International Shipping
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided. Estimated delivery times will be displayed when selecting your preferred shipping service.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Kindly note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees are payable by the customer upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled or guaranteed by us.
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship fluids internationally.
If you are purchasing used parts, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing your order, as restrictions may apply.
Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders.
