Returns Policy
At Aspire Motorsport, we are committed to delivering precision, quality, and a seamless customer experience. The following policy ensures clarity and consistency across all orders.
Returns for Credit
Correctly supplied goods may be returned for credit within 14 days of purchase, subject to prior approval.
Approved returns will incur a handling fee equivalent to the original shipping cost. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
To maintain our quality standards, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Aspire Motorsport reserves the right to apply an additional handling fee where returned goods are received in a condition that affects their resale value.
Used / Second-Hand Parts
All pre-owned components are carefully inspected and tested prior to sale to ensure functionality and reliability.
As these items are sold in verified working condition:
Returns, refunds, and warranties do not apply to used or second-hand parts
Customers are responsible for confirming part numbers and compatibility prior to purchase
Non-Returnable Items
In line with industry standards, the following items are not eligible for return:
Electrical components
Special-order or back-ordered items
Soft trim components
Control modules
All special-order and back-ordered items require full payment prior to procurement.
Warranty on New & Reconditioned Parts
Aspire Motorsport exclusively sources genuine and high-quality aftermarket components.
All new or reconditioned parts installed by our workshop are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of installation.
Where applicable, manufacturer warranties will apply concurrently with any statutory consumer protections.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage is subject to strict adherence to the following conditions:
Installation must be carried out correctly and in accordance with manufacturer specifications
The product must be used under normal operating conditions
The warranty does not extend to wear and tear over time
Warranty will be void in cases of:
Incorrect installation
Misuse, abuse, or modification
Use in conjunction with grey market or counterfeit components
Order Cancellations
Aspire Motorsport reserves the right to cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to:
Unforeseen damage to a product prior to dispatch
Pricing or stock discrepancies due to system or listing errors
Logistical constraints, including deliveries to remote or high-risk locations
All such actions will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
International Orders
Due to the complexity and cost of international logistics, all international sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted on internationally shipped items.
