Liqui Moly Brake Fluid DOT 4 is a high-performance synthetic brake fluid based on glycol ethers, alkyl polyglycols and glycol ether esters. It is designed for hydraulic brake and clutch systems requiring a synthetic DOT 3 / DOT 4 specification brake fluid.

The formulation contains inhibitors that help protect metallic brake components against corrosion and reduce oxidation at elevated temperatures. Its high wet and dry boiling points help maintain reliable braking performance even after the fluid has absorbed moisture during extended service.

Special moisture scavengers help prevent the formation of vapour bubbles, while excellent viscosity-temperature characteristics and low-temperature behaviour support dependable hydraulic system operation across a wide operating range.

Application:

Liqui Moly Brake Fluid DOT 4 can be used with conventional brake-fluid bleeding equipment.

It is miscible and compatible with high-quality synthetic brake fluids. However, optimum service life and performance are achieved when the product is used on its own rather than unnecessarily mixed with other brake fluids.

Brake fluid should be replaced according to the vehicle manufacturer's specified replacement interval.
